The story of JJC Industrial Services, Inc. began with the vision and determination of its founders, Jorge Castro Rodríguez and his wife Iris P. Giboyeaux Roman. In the early 1970s, Jorge a man with a sharp eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of Puerto Rico’s growing industrial sector recognized a critical need pharmaceutical companies and manufacturing plants across the island were expanding rapidly, but lacked reliable, specialized support for moving and installing heavy machinery.
Together, Jorge and Iris launched what would later become JJC Industrial Services. Their shared commitment to service, hard work, and precision laid the foundation for a company that would soon become essential to the island’s industrial evolution. In May 1975, their dream was formally established when JJC Industrial Services, Inc. was officially incorporated.
What began as a small, family-led operation steadily earned the trust of major players in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Guided by strong leadership, technical expertise, and unwavering values, the company grew taking on increasingly complex projects and expanding both its services and geographical reach.
